Piers-Rogers (Electronics) Ltd., is dedicated to the design, supply and installation of POLYComp? Electronic Display Systems.
The Manufacturing plant which is based in South Africa has been producing high quality cost effective electronic displays since its establishment in 1985. PolyComp employs a highly dedicated and professional team of Development Engineers, Technicians, PCB Assembly, all working in synergy to offer the complete solution to your display requirements from initial design through fabrication to final finishing. Flexibility and careful design are key factors in ensuring accurate compliance to customer specifications with relatively short lead times.

With a vast range of displays to offer, the company can compete at all levels of tendering. Based in Andover, the company has historic involvement with electronic displays stretching back to 1983, offering a wealth of knowledge and experience.

DESIGN & MANUFACTURE
Good design is a fundamental aim of the company to ensure that reliable products meet exacting customer specifications with the customer's requirements of paramount importance. Mechanical design takes full account of the functional and environmental specifications to suit different customer demands.
All products are manufactured to comply with ISO9001 standards. At the manufacturing stage there is a highly dedicated and professional team to ensure that the product is of the very best quality.

INSTALLATION AND AFTER SALES
Our experienced Technical and Installation team is on hand to assist customers wherever necessary from installation, testing, training and commission systems to technical support of the system in a wide variety of applications. All cables, termination and connections to other equipment are carefully concealed to leave a neat and professional installation. Beyond the commissioning and training stage the company provides an extensive return to workshop service facility and on site maintenance contract. Our policy is to fully support the product throughout its operational life with a spares supply maintained for 5 years or more.

PolyComp have a number of approvals which relate directly to the Electronics Industry.

All products are extensively tested to ensure full EMC compatibility. Electromagnetic Compatibility -

When the displays are used in accordance with our recommendations they comply with European Community Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive and conform to the following standards: EN50082-1 EN60950 IEC950.

POLYComp ? has recently been awarded with ISO9001 accreditation.

Polycomp has been awarded self certification for European Standard EN12966 and UK Highways Agency TR2136 Issue C, where applicable.
