The POLYComp range of Electronic Display Signs are often used in educational environments.

The signs can give general daily information such as day, date, time etc., and can be interspersed with specific information throughout the day regarding courses, times, locations, cancellations and relocations of lectures or safety messages such as fire drill times or even 'happy birthday' messages.

Also information for external visitors such as welcoming messages, directional messages and promotional messages.

This display sign for a London Borough school is a Multi Line display, it has 6 lines of LED text and each line has a maximum of 24 characters showing at any one time.

It is an ideal display for the reception area of any school or college as it has the several lines in which to put your message, of course with your message scrolling it can convey an enormous amount of information to any prospective visitors or indeed the pupils and teachers themselves.

 

The display shown here on the left is a simple single line 16 character display.

It can show welcome messages to any visitors to the school as well as general messages with the sign in scrolling mode.

 

The display shown in this photograph is an external, Bi-Line sign with 200mm height LED characters, it gives general information to visitors to the college.

The beauty of a Bi-Line sign is that it can show either 1 line of text or you can choose the option to show text in double height format over 1 large line, i.e. 2 lines of 200mm high text or 1 line of 400mm text. This can be used effectively to grab one's attention.
