Testimonials

Thank you for all your help in the installation of the Help Desk Control system. The system has been up and running for over a year, and surpassed the trial findings. We were able to achieve a complete system payback within 6 months.

LEDs transform Sacramento bank into art display

LEDs transform Sacramento bank into art display The US Bank Tower has installed an array of LED video displays that combine to create the impression of a cascading waterfall.

The design, fashioned by artist Michael Hayden, uses screens located in the Sacramento building's atrium to project high definition images of fast flowing water.

Another LED display, dubbed "Lumetric River", will form the focal point of the 25-story office building. The roof-mounted panels convey digitally captured images of a river to help construct a calming environment for workers and the public.

Ellen Warner, who is in charge of construction for David Taylor Interests, refused to place an exact figure on how much has been spent on the art but revealed it was in "the hundreds of thousands of dollars".

She added that the project had overcome earlier teething problems that forced it to be closed for a month in order to add more LEDs.

Ms Warner said: "There were gaps that the average person wouldn't have noticed, but we did."

"But I have to tell you, after working on this for two years, that hiccups happen."ADNFCR-1437-ID-18612202-ADNFCR
