LED panels incorporate direct die attachment

LED panels incorporate direct die attachment American Bright's new 5W and 10W LED panels use direct die attachment (DDA) power to generate solid results.

The 5W panels generally have flux ratings of around 800 lumens with the 10W generating around 300 lumens.

Y-Bin 10W modules boast a forward voltage of 36V DC at 320 mA which delivers an efficiency of 80 lumens per watt.

Alternatively, Z-Bin 10W devices feature a much higher 1100 lumen production with an efficiency of 110 lumens per watt.

DDA technology enables the LED dies to be placed directly into the thermal interface's cavities, which are then glued and wire bonded.

After being phosphor-treated, the LED dies are then incorporated into the panel to provide optimum results.

This means that DDA modules generate a solid block of light to a viewing angle of 120 degrees and have an operating temperature that ranges from minus 20 degrees to plus sixty.
