LED table lamps in demand at lighting fair
Visitors to an international lighting event can view a host of different designs such as LED table lamps.
The HKTDC Hong Kong International Lighting Fair kicks-off on October 27th and runs until the 30th.
Last year's event proved popular and showcased the works of 1,344 exhibitors from up to 31 countries.
The event is in its tenth year although the Hong Kong Lighting Design Competition has only been running for one year.
Entrants can submit their lighting designs to this year's competition which is based around a "power of light theme".
Among the exhibits that have impressed buyers is an LED table lamp.
Dariusz Stepien, director of Daste, lighting specialists, said: "We are optimistic about business prospects as we've already found some interesting products such as LED outdoor lamps, office lighting and products of good design for commercial projects."
Up to seven different categories have been created for those submitting designs including the Crystal Indulgence Zone, World of Table Lamps and Outdoor Lighting Section.
