Flexible LED display unveiled
A new flexible LED display is to be unveiled at the PLASA show in September.
Described as the "world's first full flexible LED video skin", the product can be moulded onto surfaces and forms smooth curves which can display high quality video, reports L&Si Online.
The digiFLEX skin, created by displayLED, is produced in 320 by 160 millimetre tiles which can flex horizontally and vertically.
It is the first time that the company behind the LED display has appeared at the PLASA show.
Taking place on September 7th to September 10th, the PLASA show is one of the leading showcases for new technology for the entertainment, live event, corporate, architectural and installation industries.
The event is an international affair, and will feature some of the latest technology, hundreds of new product launches, plenty of chances for networking and an educational programme.
This year it will be located in Earl's Court in central London.
