Testimonials

Our new electronic displays really help, before the displays, the visitors made their way to the nearest ride or the most popular. This created large queues on some, but no waiting on other rides, but with the introduction on the boards visitors are better infromed, making a more enjoyable day for all

Cruise ship to feature LED screen theatre

A huge LED screen is to be installed on the world's biggest ever 'fun ship' that is due to take holidaymakers to destinations around Europe and the Caribbean.

Weighing in at 130,000 tonnes, the Carnival Dream features a huge range of facilities and is due to hit the seas on September 21st 2009.

The LED screen is to be installed at the Seaside Theatre which is situated on the open-deck area with tropical-style pool.

Around 3,646 passengers can be accommodated on the Carnival Dream and they will be able to view the state-of-the-art screen while simultaneously enjoying the other facilities.

Gerry Cahill, Carnival president and chief executive, said that the wide variety of on-board facilities will "create fun, memorable vacations for our guests, all at an incredible value".

"Carnival Dream was specifically designed with our valued guests in mind," he added.

The ship's maiden cruise will take in the Mediterranean with destinations including Rome, Venice, Dubrovnik, Monaco, Mesina and Barcelona.
