Dave Matthews' LEDs

Dave Matthews' LEDs Dave Matthews Band have been around for a while but they are looking to the future after utilising LEDs on their latest tour.

The band are described as a hybrid fusion of jazz-rock with a heartfelt feel and their recent tour had the lighting show to match the band's music wizardry, reports LEDs Magazine.

Lighting designers Aaron Stinebrink and Fenton Williams have worked with the band for a long time but are also well-known for experimenting with new technologies as soon as they become available, including LED fixtures.

"We choose fixtures primarily of how they will incorporate into the overall design," Mr Stinebrink told the magazine.

After this, he said that he chooses fixtures for their reliability and this is just one of the areas that LEDs excel in.

Dave Matthews Band were originally formed in Virginia in 1991 by singer, songwriter and guitarist Dave Matthews.
