LED screen features in traditional US show

LED screen features in traditional US show A festive US show will be touring across the country this year with a huge LED screen.

The Rockettes have been performing every year during the Christmas season since 1933.

Each year the group tour the US and they have 18 dates scheduled for the coming festive season.

Dancers perform four shows a day six times a week and this year an LED screen will be installed behind them.

Melissa Hillmer, Rockette, states that the screen is likely to impress the audience.

"There is a huge LED screen behind the stage, the largest one touring the country right now, which takes the audience on a journey through the streets of New York," she told On Milwaukee.

"To me, it's really New York at Christmas."

Figures from On Milwaukee reveal that in New York alone up to one million people attended the show last year.

The Rockettes perform a range of themed dances such as Parade of the Wooden Soldiers and the Living Nativity.
