Testimonials

Our new electronic displays really help, before the displays, the visitors made their way to the nearest ride or the most popular. This created large queues on some, but no waiting on other rides, but with the introduction on the boards visitors are better infromed, making a more enjoyable day for all

Florida church 'excited' by green LED lighting A Baptist church in Florida has opened its doors for the first time ever showing off the LED technology inside to its congregation.

The First Baptist Church of Marco Island includes a 500-seat worship centre as well as children's space, youth rooms and multi-purpose areas, Live Design Online reports.

And to complement to new building designers Brawner and Associates used a striking wall behind the pulpit on which to create backgrounds using LED lights.

"The client was very excited about the LED lighting," senior consultant Donnie Brawner revealed, adding that they were particularly taken with its eco-friendly credentials.

"LED lighting meets green building initiatives and allows for rich colour saturation without the power consumption, lamp replacement, and maintenance costs of standard lighting," he explained.

Texas Scenic used a motorised batten system include three lighting positions and two scenic pipes housing a 16ft by 9ft screen and a self-illuminating, dimensional LED cross unit.

The building also featured a state-of-the-art audio system and a high-definition video system comprising three screens, two camera operator cameras, two remote cameras and a video editing suite.
